At Dewy Lace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Refunds
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at shopdewylace@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days once approved. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
No Physical Returns
Because our pieces are shipped directly from our suppliers, we do not accept physical returns. Instead, we offer refunds for eligible issues. This allows us to keep prices fair and your experience simple.
Non-Refundable Items
We cannot issue refunds for:

We do not accept exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may place a new order after your refund is processed.
European Union Customers
